New Concepts and Advanced Issues in Mediating Parenting Plans

 

 

The Presenter is Donald T. Saposnek, Ph.D.

Don Saposnek is a practicing clinical-child psychologist and family therapist for over 50 years, and a child custody and family mediator and national and international trainer of mediation and child development for over 47 years. He is author of the classic book, Mediating Child Custody Disputes: A Strategic Approach, and co-author of Splitting America: How Politicians, Super PACS, and the News Media Mirror High Conflict Divorce, and  The Child Support Solution: Unhooking Custody From Support, and he has published extensively in the professional literature on children, divorce, and mediation. He taught on the Psychology faculty of the University of California, Santa Cruz, for 41 years, and has been an Adjunct Professor at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution of Pepperdine Caruso School of Law since 2009. He is a Founding and current Board Member and Editor-in-Chief of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. His website is:  www.donsaposnek.com.
