Benefits of Membership

Monthly luncheon meetings include a continuing education component for which members attending receive continuing education certificates. The programs enable our members to keep abreast of developments in the dispute resolution field and build skills to grow as mediation practitioners. 

Annual "special" programs - such as MCAFM 1/2 or full day Ethics, National speakers and co-branded programs with sister/association partners

"Members-only" Video Library - As we approached a new way to do business and connect during and after Covid-19, MCAFM offers monthly meetings via Zoom. This has continued since 2020 as a way to create value for members in lieu of in-person meetings.All meetings will be recorded and available for NON-Continuing Education replays.  See "Webinar recordings" under the "Members's only Menu item.

Since 2020 we have tried to create mentorship opportunities for those new to their professions, our area, or looking to grow in their professional development.

Monthly "Member Spotlight" - We want to showcase your expertise to our members and our community.

By the end of each month, members may email details to Ruth Lusby, Membership Director, using ruth@ruthlusbylaw.com for:

- events that you are hosting/holding 30-60 days in the future

- Enter "Member Spotlight" in the SUBJECT line of the email

These will be listed at the bottom of our monthly meeting invite in the "Member Spotlight" section.                                                                                                                  

"Members in the Media/Press"  - Additionally, links to online Media/Press Publications will be shared on a new "Members in the Media/Press" page of the website and at the bottom of our monthly meeting invites.
